I have personally purchased seven times from R & J Tech.I have assisted eleven other people who bought systems from them online. I have had one return on a modem that would not work. They helped me make sure everything was set up correctly, then even gave me their UPS Shipper number to return the modem at their cost. I have had one hard drive problem, and they gave me the RMA for that but I have not had time to send it back yet. I absolutely will buy from them again, and do recommend them to friends who need systems and/or parts for their systems. These are the people who the others should be measured by.

I've dealt with R & J Technology twice now. First time was to buy eight 4Mb 30-pin SIMMS, which a large retailer's price of $65 each was their Best Buy. Not only did R&J Tech provide them for less than half that - and till today, I still don't see how they managed to get them to me by the time I got home from work next day! The 2nd time, I bought whole system - price was fair, but I got exactly what I wanted. I had some problems with the system on receipt - but, as a support-type myself, this didn't faze me. Moreover, as I know the pressures and costs of after-delivery support myself -it was a pleasure to deal with a truly professional outfit. At every turn, they did the absolutely 'right thing'. Never have I seen any drop in attentiveness over a protracted problem; nor did I ever need to discuss who should absorb costs for incidentals/shipping, etc. Nice Job!

I have been doing business with R&JTech
now for about three years, during that time I have purchased many different items. All have been shipped as promised and all have been in excellent shape when I recieve them. I find the company to be honest with good prices. As a computer service and reseller myself I know good products and service when I see it. You can place your order with them and know it will be handled properly.

I bought some RAM from them for a VERY low price compared to the rest out there and it didn't turn out to be some cheap RAM at all. They always ship their products immediately and they're able to set very low prices for their merchandise without lowering the quality.

R&J Technology is an excellent site. The quality of the products is excellent, the prices are terrific, and the service and support are second to none.

I ordered my ram from you on 19 Mar thinking this would be the best and quickest means to upgrade.
